Partners

One seat per category. Yours is closed to everyone else.

Owners attend free because partners underwrite the room. We hold exactly one firm per professional category per market, so the events never turn into a vendor floor — which is also what makes a seat worth holding.

We do not publish a rate card. Seats are awarded to the highest bid in a sealed round, for a six month term, with the incumbent given first right to match at renewal. If a category matters to your firm, that is the mechanism to say so.

Every category is in this round, including investment banking and operations consulting. South Carolina seats are priced as a launch market — the term starts with the first event there, not the date you bid.

How the round works

One · You name the category and the markets

A single market or all four. Firms that work the whole Carolinas footprint usually bid across markets; a local practice bids one. Charlotte, the Triangle and the Triad are all running, so bids there are competitive. South Carolina has not launched yet, which is exactly why a seat there is cheap right now.

Two · You submit one sealed bid

No published rate and no visible competing numbers. One bid, per category, per market. We do not run it back to you to beat someone else — bid what the category is worth to your firm.

Three · Highest bid takes the seat

Where bids are close we will say so and give both firms one chance to revise. Everything is settled before the term starts.

Four · Incumbents match at renewal

If you hold a seat, you get first right to match the highest bid for the next term before it goes to anyone else. Relationships built in the room should not be lost to a bidding war.

What the seat includes

Category exclusivity

You are the only firm of your type in the network for the full term. No competing advisor or firm is sold a seat, introduced from the stage, or listed alongside you.

The room, in person

Attendance at every public event in the markets you hold, and a speaking or panel slot inside the term. Owners meet you working, not pitching.

Named referral route

When a member needs your category, you are who we name. One firm, by name, rather than a list of three — which is the entire point of holding the category.

The regional intelligence

The regional dossier for every market you hold — drawn from the 10,000-company Carolina database and the 1,000-strong member list, plus a partner spotlight to the network.

A profile page

Your own page on this site, written properly, with your practice, your people and where you work. Not a logo in a row of logos.

What it is not

Not a lead list, and not permission to email the network. Members are owners who came here to talk to each other. The seat buys you the room, not their inboxes.

Bid on a category

Tell us the category, the markets and your number. We will confirm receipt, tell you when the round closes, and send the terms and event calendar if you take the seat.

68 seats open. Round closes at the end of the quarter.
